It's taken a little over a year, but you can move those "Free Yayo" shirts to the back of the closet now. They're collectors' items.

One of the original G-Unit members, Tony Yayo was released from New York's Lakeview Shock Incarceration Correctional Facility on Thursday. Yayo was busted on weapons-possession charges in December 2002 and sent to prison due to an outstanding warrant.

Friday morning (January 9) on New York radio station Hot 97 (WQHT-FM), G-Unit DJ Whoo Kid said the crew threw a party to welcome Tony home and presented him with a new house and car.

Yayo's record company had no word on his studio plans, but the Queens native is scheduled to jump on the small screen soon. 50 Cent and the G-Unit are going to be guests on "Saturday Night Live" January 17.

These days 50's team is rapidly being bolstered. In addition to the return of Yayo, a deal is in the works to incorporate Aftermath's MC Game in some fashion. The Game is already shouting out his new allegiance on mixtapes.

According to MTV, Puffy is gearing up to release a Bad Boy 10th anniversary CD / DVD on March 9. He's working on a remix of his Biggie-featured track "Victory" for the LP, and is in the process of securing vocals from Em, 50 Cent and Lloyd Banks for the cut.

Fucc yeah! Finally dude gets sprung. And about that "Victory" remix, I hope they use the same beat, and if they do then god damn! That'll be HOT! Good lookin' with the heads up Noonan.

There is. Its on Money In The Bank as well as a few other mixtapes.

That other "Victory" was more of a freestyle. I'm sure this one will have laid out verses, a hook, and whatever else. Probably have Puffy yellin' all over it too.

50 & Lloyd Banks version of Victory is a great track. one of the few 50 tracks i like. i wouldnt mind hearing em on it at all...only problem is i know it wont come out better...its impossible to improve a perfect track.

Good news all around. Yayo's out, thing's are poppin' for the whole crew. Game (hopefully) about to get some shine in the limelight by riding the G-Unit fame... Things are looking good for them.
