i dont think its taking place in the ghetto.

its goiing to be like all the other ones. theres differnt cities.

there will be downtown with high risers and shit

then the ghetto

then the rich people city

and probably lots others

Now heres a game IMO thats over-rated.  Don't get me wrong, the game looks good, but not that good.  In all the GTA games, you're a criminal who's working his way up the crime ladder, trying to become the boss.  IMO the only thing that made the GTA games worth playing was the ability to steal cars and drive em...thats it.

Oh well...at the end of the day it's all about what kind of games you like to play.  A PS2 person would say the best game is GTA VC or GTA 3, an Xbox person would say the best game is Halo, and a PC person would say Half Life.  I'm all about FPS's, which is probably why I think the GTA series is like beating a dead horse.
