Exactly what I'm sayin......so I give quik enough respect for that...I swear almost every party track that is released gets shitted all over it if you compare it to quik...just if people knew about quik and he was really popular he would be a legend in music...thats just my opinion

Quik is a better producer, because he beats are more west coast. He still makes that old funky beats with all the instruments playing. And no one can use the talkbox like him.

damn, if u guys watch visualim dvd, u realize how much of a musical genius quik is. i do prefer quik too, as his beats are more of a variety, and incorporate more instruments in them. but i strongly suggest u guys check out dj quik visualism dvd.

stop haitin, u frustrated Quik fans are kinda funny.. it's not Dre's fault he's slept on and Quik himself said he can't live up to Dre.. he was in the studio with Dre several times and he saw what Dre did and if he did it himself..

It has happen already. Scott Storch said he did "Still Dre". He said he was the brains behind the whole beat. That just shows how gay dre is but takin the credit for a beat he didn't do.

Scott Storch probably said that after he was dropped from aftermath, he only did the keys. It he was able to produce something as dope as Still D.R.E, why don't any of beats even sound as good as that song? You can tell there is something missing, Dr. Dre. All the accusations when people say Dre doesnt produce his own music come out after there is a disagreement.

Personally, I prefer DJ Quik's beats over Dre's. I just never get tired of hearing a DJ Quik beat. His production is real funky & fresh. IMO, Quik's productions provide more replay value. That's just my opinion.

These are two dope producers y'all comparing. No need to pick sides, because they both have done a lot of things for the west. If you ask any artist they wouldn't give y'all an answer. For example, Snoop worked with both of them and he wouldn't say who he preferred because they are both genius'. I got to admit Dj Quik is slept on, but it takes a person to know hiphop real well to understand that quik and dre are on the same level. Dre wins in the popularity contest, but the music industry ain't about that it's about who makes good music consistently. Peace!
