about getting greencard

Hey, i need help.  I have a friend who wants to live in u.s.  but she needs a green card to do so.  Do you guys know what to do exactly?
Do she need to go to take a test or something?

marry her...tell her instead of paying the gov. to pay you, marry her...get your money, then when she gets her citizenship, divorce her, then live your life again.
