Man I dont even car as long as their droppin real hip hop. preferably conscious, political or just lyrical nice music. And if they not using the n word( nigga, nikka, nicca) or however ppl pronouncing these days I like it.

I think KURUPTION-81 got a point with white producers... they can make good beats... that people will love before they know the name of the producer and the color of him...

Sorry man, i disagree. The main problem of white producers is IMO that they havent got a melody in their tracks. I dont know a white producer who can play a similiar melody as in DJ Quik's "Balance & Options (Outro)"! I'm white but I love the way of playing an instrument like the blacks do. There is always rhytm and soul in it like in BattleCats production style.

I dont think the way of playing instruments is based on color, rather on influences... Eminem got his style, and so does DJ Muggs... but with the new generation of producers is i think they got influences from a mixed Hip-Hop culture...

U cant complain on beats from Scott Storch, The Runners and Big Ice and Oral-Bee...

No doubt, I'm just pointing out that Skee wasn't a producer. Had he made a DJ category then Skee would fit right in.

LOL, cmon... Lady Sovereign is doin Grime... a own form of UK hip-hop... give her credit for bein original..

And Fergie is a rapper AND singer.. pretty much the same way 50 cent and Ja rule is...
