Naw, even though im a big Game fan i have to say no. The Documentary is def a classic but i wouldn't say Doctors Advocate though. For an album to be considered a classic it also have to make some sorta impact on the game or whatever you feel me.

Like Documentary had 2 instant classic tracks (How We Do, Hate It Or Love It) and then you had other dope tracks who can be considered classic by some (Start From Scratch, Dreams etc), and most importantly The Documentary sold like 5 million copies WW and 2.5 in the US and brought a huge spotlight back at the westcoast at that time, some artist were lucky enough to find that light in time (Bishop Lamont, Jay Rock, Glasses Malone etc) and unfortunately some were not.

no and nor was the Documentary. You guys have way too loose criteria when it comes to judging a classic.

Lol +1 for this  ;D

IMO "DA" is the best westcoast records for years. The only whack track is "Scream On Em". Game comes with some tight lines but the beat is  :puke: And I never feel that "Bang" joint a lot. It´s O.K. but I was expecting more about a Game/DPG collabo. All the other tracks are fucking tight. From the beginning Game comes with some straight westcoast shit ("Lookin At You ", "Remedy"). The following tracks are cool too ("Too Much", "Wouldn´t Get Far") but the highlights of the record are "One Night", "Doctor´s Advocate" and "Ol´English". Love it when Game is on some real talk shit. The rest of the album is nice too.

Overall I would give it a 4,5/5

not a classic. some good joints though non the less, i still enjoy listening to "Lookin At You", "One Night" and "Olde English" but there were several songs that let the album down, "Scream On Em" and "Da Shit" for example. I also didnt like the excessive use of "Nigga" in "Compton"..

I was just thinking about this yesterday and I realised, despite what everybody said, Game still needs Dre & 50. Peep game:

Docotr's Advocate is a dope album, top 5 of 06 for sure. But it didn't have any hits. Just imagine Wouldn't Get Far, Bang and Around The World being replaced by 3 Dre produced bangers with 50 on the chours or just him ghostwriting it. Those 3 cuts could've taken the album over the top, because lets face it, despite all the good reviews DA got, it came and was forgotten quickly. Game makes great album cuts but fails to create a hit; Wouldn't Get Far, Let's Ride and Too Much all sound pretty akward, like he was trying too hard.

^^^ I agree, # produced Dr Dre songs and maybe one with Fif on the hook would of been great.

Fuck no!!! I like Game alot but none of his CD's are classics or even near it. I mean compare his 2 albums to any other album that is really in almost everyone's eyes a classic & you'll see what I mean. Anyways, DA>>>TD so yeah, Game doesn't need 50 or Dre.

Not classic, but a very solid album.
