alright, i don't really feel like reviewing the whole thing,
but Chad's review made me curious and sceptic at the same time.

after listening to the album a few times, i came to the conclusion that there's no way i could give a 8/10 or similar rating.
so The Diary is still my favourite Scarface album, let's just leave it with that.

^damn

i've done a lot of discographies in my time. there is not an artist i have seen who holds one better than scarface. there are no weak albums in this man's discography, which is why i call em the g.o.a.t..can't say the same for jigga, nas, pac, cube, eminem, snoop, etc.
Agreed. The only Face album I was disappointed with at first/though it's a great album was "Untouchable"(only 'cause it followed "The Diary"/Scarface's best album, IMO). However, the
"My Homies" albums did have filler (especially 2). But, I don't really count these as Scarface solos.
Yea I was disappointed in "Untouchable" at first as well 'til i gave it more spins. it's classic, 1 of his best actually. the my homies albums aren't Face solos, there compilations. On top of that u said especially part 2 had filler, part 2 wasn't a release Face put out. That was Rap-A-Lot putting that out based on contract obligations and wasn't a release Face co-signed being put out.

Same with "Balls And My Word", right? I've always thought this album seemed out of place (some dope songs on it, though).

ya Balls & My Word is the same story as My Homies 2 (released due to contract obligations and wasn't co-signed by Face).

^^^^ fixed  ;) ^^^^ but it still gets a 3 out of 5  ;)

:oDamn, "The Fix" is a classic album to me. The Neptunes only produced one song, and it was dope ("Someday" w/ Faith). I had no problem w/ Jay-Z on "Guess Who's Back", either. But, everyone's got there own opinions :)
