yeah the tours are some of the best IEM's available. monster has a pretty good lineup now with the monster turbines also

but for $350 you can get alot better headphones than the monster beats studio (over the ear). if they were like $150 it would be a good price, but they're way over priced and not worth it right now

What company do you suggest for over the ear?

Some people who got em been tellin me the sound quality aint that dope compared to other in ears. Cant speak on it tho cuz i didnt tried them out 

me i got some UE "ultimate ears" they tight as fuck and the soundquality is off the chain

Ultimates are good, Shure is about top of line as far as in the ear. They have some that are 500 bucks.

Audio Technica ESW9 (closed)
Audio Technica AD1000 (open)
Grado Hf-1 (open)

those will all work well without a (portable) amp. those aren't noise cancelling however. noise cancelling fucks with the sound too much as you'll find most people saying

changing the batteries every 24hours is wack also

I have the ogs and they are the best headphones ive ever owned and Ive owned hundreds.Amazing quality.And I listen to them around 4 hours a day and change the batteries onch a month.

I have the Snoop Skullcrushers.  The in-ear subwoofers are really dope.  The sound is really great on those also.  I couldnt get myself to spending the dough to get the Dre Beats.

i had skullcandy before,4 months of usage and they broke! sound quality was good tho

75 USD, got both pairs I have for half tho.
They break easily but I have a 2 year warranty, both have only been send in once in 6 months.
And I use them like 8 hours a day.

Has anyone heard the new Beats By Dre the Solos? They are a lil smaller then the studios, probably comparable to the Snoop headphones. They are about 100 bucks cheaper. Have not heard those yet. Yeah and the Sennheisers are dope also.

The Solos are like a mini version of the Studios, but the sound is still excellent - just doesn't have the booming bass you get from the OGs.
