There are many realer rappers than Pac, and I bet he knew it. But Pac was one of the realest. I mean I think the main reason he was fuckin with people like E-40 or C-Bo was because he thought they were real cats. His friendships with Mac Mall, Ray Luv or Spice 1 are different though, 'cause he kinda came up with them and they were like brothers. But as for E-40 and C-Bo he hooked up with them mostly because he kinda admired what they did on the underground. And you can see how Pac was sometimes not acting himself when he was on the same songs. To me Pac saw in them what he wanted to be, a street dude. And he later got the opportunity to become one by fucking with Suge's camp which led him to his own death.

Pac had the whole package though, he could do everything. He could be lyrical. He could flow. He got his point across like nobody. His music encompassed pretty much every subject matter. And I think if he was still alive he would have graduated to another full-time occupation. He would either have gone politics, kinda like Master P but on a more radical way, or he would have stuck with acting. But we all know that if he had survived Sept. 7's shooting, he would have been killed shortly after. He was too involved in the gang wars that were raging in Compton then.

I'm not a Pac stan, I hate pac stans but he was definitely on another level. There are not that many better rappers than Pac though. I mean you could say dudes with flawless techniques like E-40, Biggie or with articulate and elaborate lyrics like Nas but in the end, intensity wise I guess only Biggie, Scarface and a few other cats can top him.
