naw they had Family Guy as a t.v. show & they clowned Family Guy for their jokes & story plots.  The whole plot was that Family Guy was going to show an image of Muhammad, and every person in south park & u.s. were scared of how Muslims would respond to this.  So Cartman decides to ride his big wheel along with Kyle, Cartman isn't going because he thinks it offends the Muslims but because everyone compares his humor to family guy's humor....something like that.
