Dre donated a million to the tragedy. That's better than participating in a HORRENDOUS interpretation of a Classic Marvin Gaye song. FUCK JD for that !
Posted by: DeaDSouLjaH Posted on: Today at 04:31:27 i was wonderin .. i was lissenin to this all star tribute song..and not even one west coast artist was there... the artists representin rap/hip-hop in this song were:- 1)Ja Rule 2)Nelly 3)P DIDDY!! 4) Nas dawm .. even though 3 of em suck... at least they found time to do this..all for a charitable cause...disappointin not to find a single west coast artist on this..
Nate Dogg made a song called "Yesterday I Cried" about the tragedy...-Big BpG
"Hey lets get a bunch of people together, make a average song and capitalize off a national tragedy."They're just taking advantage of the situation like lots of others were.
LMAO! thats dopeAll those artists were looking for exposure and a moment in the spotlight as usual if you ask me. "Hey lets get a bunch of people together, make a average song and capitalize off a national tragedy."They're just taking advantage of the situation like lots of others were.
No, not really.I dont even think any of the artists on that song really got paid much. That song wasn't/isn't really about the tragedy, I think they recorded it even before 11/11. That song was supposed to be about AIDS, and some kind of charity thing to help raise money for AIDS victims in Africa.
