I WAS JUST WONDERIN which westcoast rapper gets most respect on the streets in the westcoast.

i heard it wasnt snoop or dre but i am just taking the fat cunts (suge knight) word thats wat he said.

who do you think.
u cant say 2pac,i wanna know who gets the most respect today in the westcoast out of da westcoast rappers.

are u happy ignito that i am talking about westside.

where i live, near L.A, when a DJ QUIK album is about to drop everybody is hyped up to buy it. Well since I live in South Gate, everybody is pumped for a cypress hill realease too.

In every l.a. neighborhood....M A D  L O V E  to the cypress hill,especially in East L.a.

Prolly more fo the underground heads people respect like X Raided, Lil-CS and rappers like E-40 etc.  I think people on the streets feel close to them since they don't depart from their roots and become famous.

suga free
cypress hill
nate dogg
daz
kurupt
ice cube
dj quik
too short
jayo felony
wc
and loads of latino rap



e-40 and most of the bay area people don't get much love down here  but up in the general bay area they do


i dunno basically it depends on which side of cali you live in, north of Fresno it's more bay area with a few exceptions like snoop and dre ....and south of Fresno it's more L.A. underground and west coast main stream with like a couple of exceptions

I'm from Cali... about 1 hour away from L.A... the big bad Inland Empire 909 area!!!! Represent!!


But yeah.. I think Big Jake's list was pretty accurate. I would have named exactly the same people. They're right about the Bay Area rappers too.. they dont get as much love down here as they do up there... except for a few.. E-40, Too $hort, Dru Down and maybe Rappin' 4 Tay back in the day.

The thing is.. alot of people out here aint into the underground scene. Everyone likes that Mainstream Gangsta Rap. People still bump all the old shit all the time, shit like West Side Connection, All Eyes On Me...

Suga Free, all the girls jock his cd... expecially ¨I'd Rather Give You My Bitch¨.

WC... straight West Coast Representative... of course he gets love.

Ice Cube, Dre, and Snoop... straight West Coast Legends.. of course they get love.

Dj Quik... all the people who know about him, know what's up... al the people who dont.... can suck a fat one!




But Overall.... the #1 person out here that has the most clout... the one EVERY FUCKIN BODY loves... and bumps... (even more than Dre)....... SNOOP DOGG. Out here... he gets more love than Jennifer Hewitt.

Im from Los Angeles Cali. Out here, its mostly Pac [duh], Dre/Snoop, Xzibit, Eminem, Cube, Eazy, Nate Dogg, Dogg Pound, Pharcyde, Rass Kas, Cypress Hill, Mack 10 basically..........Those seem to be the most respected west coast artists here, from what I can gather.

Most bumped album: All Eyez On Me. Been the most played album here from 96' and still is......
