WC is sick but Ice Cube is just on whole another level from any other rapper out right now..... he comes up with some tight shit that makes me want to pause in the middle of the song and go back listen to it again..... i dont think i have done that with any other rapper except maybe for notorious big

right now? i dont know i think he was from 89 to about 98 now he's simply good. Thats in no way a knock against him tho, hes been doing his thing in the rap game for what 20 years now its incredible hes still around. Yeah but you said Joe Buddens is one of the best but he is alot like Ice Cube he has a little better pure mic skills right now but he cant fuck with a ya boy chino or crooked I, but he makes great deep tracks and great songs

well if we are talkin about them as being a group, yeah i would agree with dub - c, but individually Ice cube>Mack 10>Dub C, not putting anything down on dub but i personally like Mack 10 better, i like his style it actually songs like hes spittin, dub c has to many "ring-a-ding-a-ling bing bing boo" sound to it, kinda gets annoying, but thats my opinion.

For me... I'm thinking WC and Cube are neck and neck. Mack 10 can come off real decent, but really he ain't seeing either of them on the mic. Dub's been one of my favourites for a long ass time now, and he'll stay up there. Nobody got the same flow as Dub, I love that flow. And he always rips the beat.

WC is definitely a better MC than Cube.  I've been checking for him since the Low Profile days; personally, I've always thought he pioneered that rapid-fire rap/singsong flow that zillions of other rappers have since bitte.  Cube, on the other hand, makes up for it by being an infinitely better lyricist than Dub will ever be - there's no denying the strength of Cube's catalog compared to Dub's.  But I'll still be checking for "Guilty By Affiliation" when it comes out on Lench Mob.

Mack-Dime...don't even bother.  Dude has always gotten by with his affiliations (with WSC, with Cash Money, whoever) than by his own skill.

Agreed, Dub is better than Cube now, but early on Cube was way better than Dub. Dub ripped the "CT Experiance" mixtape and outshined Cube on the tracc. Dub is a very underated artist, but I thought W.C. and Cube each held there own on WSC. I thought Macc 10 actually came pretty hard on the Westside Connection's albums and spit probably his best lyrics on both albums. Catalouge wise, Dub doesn't compare to Cube, but Dub stay droppin heat, with the only exception being the "Ghetto Hesiman", thanks Def Jam.
