NBA 07: The Life..........NBA Live 07..........NBA 2K7.............

I am trying to decide which game I want to buy this year. I have purchased every single NBA Live that came out, aside from 2002. I am used to everything on there, and I am generally happy with it...but every year, it still seems to be something about it that will bug the hell out of me. But whenever I do try to play a different NBA Game, it's hard for me to adapt because I'm so used to playing Live.

So what are the differences between the three games, or between which ever ones you have played? I was somewhat leaning toward NBA 07 The Life, because of Kobe bein on it and because of the whole "Life" part of it...but I don't know if the gameplay itself is as good. I don't know much of anything about 2K7, but I saw that it has got some good reviews.

Basically...I'm stuck right now. I might even end up goin to Wal Mart at 2:30 A.M. tonight to buy one of them, who knows.

Theres really no other way to go but to buy NBA 2K7.

Live 07 is just horrible, I haven't seen a good review for it yet. Sonys NBA series has really never been good, but its better than Live this year apparently, but not as good as 2k7.

2k7 is crazy. Laker fans will love it because Kobe is off tha chain on this. One of the best games this year

Yeah, live wasn't good this year, I rented it instead of buying it, its fun for a little bit because it does look good, theres some new controls in it; you can just use the right thumbstick for all kinds of shit, and superstar mode adds a little strategy, they got all the shit they missed last year, like the dunk contests and franchise, but the gameplay is just so awkward and glitchy all the time. So far i've passed through a defenders chest, dunked clean through the backboard, and did some crazy magnetic float to the hoop from just inside the 3 slammin that shit. I say try 2k7 this year, its getting good reviews, you'll be sick of all the shit in Live after a while.

yea i would say go with NBA 2k7, live is weak this year, and nba07 is nice but 2k7 is nicer

Can somebody please tell me how the NBA 2K7 Draft import works?

I know that College Hoops 2K7 isn't out for a month and a half...but I've heard people say that you can import from 2K6. For those who did it with NBA 2K6, how accurate was it, and how exactly did it work?

NBA2K7 is the right choice and its not even close.  To all Kobe fans I know its cool that he is on the cover of The Life but it is a terrible game.  And NBA Live is as bad as any basketball game I have ever played also.  I have chose the NBA2K series for the last 6 years and could never imagine playing another basketball game.

i think nba the ilfe is the way to go, the story mode from the life last year was pretty tight and there are some cool minigames this year too

For NBA 2K7, do they have the rosters updated online frequently? Also, can you modify the CPU's rosters during a dynasty/season?
