"better" really depends upon what your definition of better is..


xbox360 best hdtv for money, first to market, biggest bunch of games already,xbox live is probably the best and most mature online gaming thing out there if thats your bag.. good developer support

wii, best on price, best on size, best on innovation and new experiences, its online gaming will be free for 1st party titles, 3rd party however may not. also good developer support and cheapest to develop for and developers get to play with the wii-mote gadget, they are lining up to try and make their mark with it.. the only console selling a profit for its manufacturer out the gate..

ps3 err..

i can list disadvantages all day for ps3... most expensive, last to market, not any "better" than a 360 thats been out over year by the time it drops, dead in the water blue-ray support, won't stand up vertically, reliant on hdtv that hardly anyone has, difficult to develop for


short term.. wii is gonna take a lot of money over the next 3/4 years.. sony is playing the long game with the ps3 and has a 10 year plan..  microsoft is somewhere in the middle

if have have the cash and you want the wii's fun, and the power of a 'hdtv' thing.. get a wii and a 360.. which people are calling a wii-60 combo..

me.. i'm just going wii for now.. but i'll likely cop a 360 down the line

im pretty sure the ps3 will outdo the 360 in almost every department except for online play and game prices....but i'm sure sony will catch up few months after the ps3 comes out

i'm not getting the wii...i mean how stupid does it look to walk into a living room and see a grown man running around, looking into a tv and swinging his arms pretending to play tennis..fuck might as well take to the court and break a sweat doing the real thing.....i think its cool for kids or the japanese since they like interactive shit like that....just not for me
