Only last month we informed you that the artist formally known as Blunts LLA, Omar Cruz, was awarded the Hood rating in Scratch Magazine for his street album "The Cruzifixion." Since then Omar Cruz has been keeping his name buzzing and is featured on this months Source Magazine

Since making his dubcnn debut in 2004 Omar Cruz has been working hard consistantly culminating in a 50/50 deal with Interscope/Geffen for the BYI Entertainment label. Having released his "Blow" mixtape for free download on dubcnn and then the afforementioned street album "The Cruzifixion" he did enough to impress music mogul Jimmy Iovine.
