they're both watery as far as i'm concerned but i like the spices better in tobasco.

Yeah man, I put Tapatio on almost everything!

tapatio on chicken is where it's at for me.

+1, also,

 i just had a burrito, i used both.  tobasco IMO melts into the other flavors and lingers in your mouth while tapatio overpowers the other flavors doesn't last as long
