there was some mixed things about it.. i read up on it on kotaku.com and they first said that they will ban anyone then said they will ban only employees playing it and then went on to say that there was no bans.... i think that acctually came from microsoft ... so i dont think its a problem... but research it for yourself before you get banned lol...

Its only people with downloaded/burned copies that are getting banned. They couldn't ban you for playing with a retail version just because a store broke the street date, there would be a massive backlash.
