Looks like you're naming ALL the producers that did some good tracks. Big Props to the kid that named Brotha Lynch Hung - you simply can't fuk wit him.
If you're puttin in RZA & Mathematics, I'ma remind you of Arabian Knight, John The Baptist, Six July, RNS, Goldfinghaz AND Inspektah Deck (check out his solo everybody!)
But the ones that you REALLY sleep on are
Jay Deeeee
Ali Shaheed
Kamal Fareed
in other words - THE UMMAH!
And for the Dutch people: how can you NOT be fans of Cilvaringz and Moongod Allah - the only peole outside the US that really make some good hiphop?

DJ Silk/Big Mil/Stealth - I think they go under the name Beatology Productions. did some tight work with Jayo, Kokane, Above The Law, etc
Flawless - best producer you've never heard of, peep the website
Caviar & Overdose - really like a lot of beats this duo have done eg Tha Hood Is Mine
apart from those you mentioned all my favorites. Quik, Battlecat, Daz, Hutch, Fred, DJ Slip, Glove.

Prince Paul
4th Disciple (He produces a lot of the Wu-Tang Fam stuff)
Yogi (Part of the Bad Boy Camp)
Alchemist
Also I see your list seems to lean to the west for obvious reasons.
Upcoming:
Ayotallah (Produced Mos Def, Tradegy Khadafi etc..)

DJ Premier is by very fuckin far the dopest Rap producer besides DRE. Followed by Pete Rock, Erick Sermon, DJ Quik... Now, y'all can't hate as much as you want but Timbaland got mad banging and innovative beats (he ain't like Swizz, a repetitive cat...) But out the new dudes, I really feel Rockwilder, Hi Tek, The Alchemist, DJ Scratch, Meech Wells and Havoc of Mobb Deep. I may have forgotten a few others such as The Neptunes (don't think they gonna last though), Just Blaze, EZ Elpee, Bink and maybe some of those NEW Puffy Hitmen who did the sick beats for Shyne joint) but I can't remember ey'body. Some niggaz really try to work hard behind the boards whereas fools like Mannie Fresh keep fuckin around. And I ain't feelin' Fred Wreck as much as y'all or any of those new Snoop producers besides Meech (DOPE) and Battlecat (OK). One...

after looking over my original list i should have never put 4 out of those last cats on the list(puff, neptunes, mannie fresh, swiss beats). i respect their talents but...some cats i forgot are much better than those 4 in my opinion. here are some more added to my list. some have already been mentioned by others. some are basically out of the game but were great back when they were hittin:
E-A Ski - (on way to being up with quik but label problems have killed a career that once seemed destined for greatness)
muggs
dj uneek
qdIII
prince paul
e-swift
saukrates
sir jinx
dj pooh
alchemist
organized noize/earthtone - la reid -oukast team
dangerous crew-ant banks, too short, shorty
havoc of mobb deep
easy mo bee
johnny j
kay gee
dallas austin
live squad
redman
paris
mike mosely
n.o. joe
kay-gee
egypt e/dope e a.k.a. the terrorists
jermaine dupree
tim and bob
larry smith (run dmc -whodini)
eminem
yella
mc ren - check out cpo's ruthless joint (esp. ballad of a menace)
jermaine dupree
2 non rap producers i forgot - trent reznor- beck
i'll leave the foreign producers up to the people that know them. and i hear so many underground joints by cats i don't take the time to find out who most are. hopefully y'all caught some. i know i probably forgot some people but i need to move on to other topics. peace.

Hell yeah Beck , i'm a fan since "Mellow Gold", Trent Reznor well , that dude is a genius ,(and a hip hop fan) and one of the most consistent musician in the music industry.
Don't forget The Bomb Squad and Marley Marl.
Fear Of A Black Planet and Mama Said Knock You Out are still in current rotation in my cd player.
