like I already said before, BCT would have gone Platinum a loooong time ago, but it wasn't promoted quite right... releasing "Vato" as the first single wasn't a good move cuz it didn't get much play, and they dropped "That's That" way too late, that video premiered on 106 & Park the day before the album came out... and the song didn't even pick up until later on... and he dropped on the same day as Jay-Z, 2Pac, and others, and the week after Game and Akon

co-sign with Lunatic though, I think that Ego Trippin' might do better

chances are his numbers will continue to decline, because of the current trend of the record industry sales.

His last album still hasn't gone a Mill Yet???

you gotta notice that soundscan and the other institutions don't count units sold in swap meets n shit. They only count units from registered stores, so you can be sure TBCT is plat and over 2 million worldwide I guess.
Yeah, There are different charts overseas. Billboard doesn't count those. That's why 50 Cent didn't retire, he said he sold more then Kanye  worldwide that week. I guess he got out of it on a technicality.

Dre-Day another fact is that Dre's "2001" has scanned over 7 million in the US :o, even though it is only certified at 6x Platinum another album which no doubt has sold over 10 million, record companies have to pay a fee to the RIAA to get them cerified something like $500 which should be chump change for them but alot of albums remain uncertified

thanks for the info  :)

strange that the record companies don't let the albums get certified, if money isn't the problem  :-\

they must have a good reason for it though, but i can't think of one

more facts, Aftermath is only one company that is guilty of this not to pick on them but... Eminems albums "The Slim Shady LP" is at 4x and has scanned over 5, "MMLP" has scanned over 10 million in the US but is at 9x Platinum and "The Eminem Show" is just about at 10 million yet is only at 8x Plat, its not like Jimmy does not have the money, maybe there are underlying reasons as you said who knows :-\

haha

that's what makes it so interesting; all those examples of albums you used sold very well, so i thought that an certification by the RIAA in these cases would have some value (especially with milestones like 10 million sales  :o ).

I think it will sell better cause of Sensual Seduction being more of a pop song than his other singles from BCT who knows :-\
