Montell Jordan "100 Miles & Runnin" - Where is this from?

This has been out for a good few weeks now, but I have no idea where it's from. In the song he mentions it's from an R&B mixtape, but they don't say what mixtape. Does anyone know?

looks like an unreleased track from his upcoming album. montell wanted to release an album in 2007.. dont know todays situation

I had heard it in his myspace, thanks for the link tho.

He's got some more non-album songs in there. New single is supposed to be "Me N You", and the album name should be "Pressure".
