Marlboro Lights.....perpetually trying to quit.  But I am a high strung person so its hard to.  But I want to quit.  I work out a lot and I still run 3 miles 4-5 times a week but I know the smoking will eventually catch up to me.  I quit over the summer for a month.  And after the first week I felt great.  I didn't have to force myself to initially work out.  It felt great waking up and not having my lung feel like they are carrying a extra 10 pounds in them.  I save a lot of money.  But I went back like an asshole b/c some shit hit the fan.

my first day of tryin to quit once again. i swear to allah everything reminds me of smoking. everything/everyone pisses me off. nicotine is a helluva drug. i gotta quit though im startin to cough and hack and sound like weezy jefferson,so its long overdue.

i usually only smoke tobacco when im drinking hard liquor and then i usually just bum them from people, but i like kamel reds the best (yes its camel but camel reds are with a k for some reason)
