This might not have been too bad an idea if he had just got on with it, after he made this announcement.  But he still hasn't even dropped the first track.  And does once a week include tracks from the album that have already leaked, or has he decided to not include those tracks on the album?

I'm not quite sure that anything we have heard thus far is even confirmed for BOSS anymore other than "Dream Big"... The album changes constantly according to Crook. Who even knows if NWA is on it anymore...

yeah and thats understanable
cuz he might have very well been able to release a album, but then he does and cats might say damn crooked is a dope rapper but this album he released is wack
still dont mean he needs to go over 12 years without a solo
now we have to wait for however long for a group album and 3 solo's first

Well even they don't move huge numbers.and someone like tech n9ne is touring constantly almost all his sales come from that.cormega is another guy I wish crooked would follow his path.

You're probably right.  I think at one time or another "Dream Big," "Cali Boys," "Boom Boom Clap," "New West Anthem, and "Straight Bossin'"were all supposed to be on it.  But since his debut album seems to be perpetually "in the making," who knows how many of these will still appear (if any).

I think we can be sure that "Cali Boys" and "Boom Boom Clap" won't be on it, they are like 4 years old. As far as "Str8 Bosses", that's as old as "NWA", which actually is a lot older than when it actually dropped, they just had it under wraps for a while. However, SOMEWHERE I read "Str8 Bosses" isn't meant for BOSS. We'll see what happens, but to be honest if any of these songs end up on BOSS I think I'll be a little disappointed. That's a good portion of the album right there.

I can see where you're coming from.  Personally, I wouldn't care if he included them on the album, if the album was pretty lengthy.  But yeah, if the album is only ten or fifteen tracks and half of them is that stuff, that would be pretty lame.  Also, I think it would be pretty lame to throw these tracks into the mix if he's only going to be releasing it, one track per week.  When you think about it, it seems like this album has gone through as many changes as his two unrleased albums on Tha Row.

"Straight Bosses" went on a Celly Cell complaition, and Boom Boom Clap i think was meant for a soundtrack, could be wrong. And Cali Boyz was suppose to be the single for Crookeds DVD. I remember Crooked saying that he would have a remix of Straigh Bosses on the album,  but NWA and Dream Big should be on the album, since NWA was suppose to be the street single and Dream big the single. I just hope we get BOSS soon, along with Say Hi to the Bad Guy, and I will be happy.

I think there needs to be a new saying for rappers who get their album releases constantly pushed back or straight up shelved. "He got the Crooked I" seems appropriate. (example: Dre won't be dropping Detox until 2052. He got the Crooked I.)

I've been listening to Crooked I since I was in 7th grade. In 4 days, I'll be 24 and I still don't have a solo Crooked I album! I will never stop listening to the stuff he puts out, but anything he says is complete bullshit until I have his album in my hands. I just hope they aren't aren't riddled with arthritis when that happens.
