there all good but id have 2 say Ice Cube cuz he was on the top from like '88 to wut like '92, 93'? and all his albums have been bangin.. and hes had sum good side artists and groups like Mack 10, Da Lench Mob, K-Dee, etc. and hes been n sum tite ass groups N.W.A and Westside Connection

i would have to say dr dre...its kinda obvious for me cause he re-discovered eminem, made snoop famous by producing his, ante's and warren's 213 shit...he co-founded nwa..greatest rap group ever....and is crazy at beats and as well makes 51.9 million a year....

I think snoop doggy dogg is the GOAT of the west because he brought a new sound to the rap game wit his smooth, laid back flow, and yes dre did find him but snoop pretty much made the rapping on the chronic and doggystyle, which are the two greatest westcoast if not rap albums of all time. SNOOP DOGGY DOGG IS THE G.O.A.T. OF THE WEST NO DOUBT ABOUT IT.

Dre without a doubt the most important figure in westcoast history, from N.W.A., to Death Row, with Snoop Doggy Dogg, and the Dogg Pound, to working with Nas and KRS-One during the coastal wars, to classics with Ice Cube, and 2Pac, to Aftermath, the Up In Smoke Tour, and now producing everyone. If you mean lyrist, then 2Pac. I thought you meant Lyrist, so I voted 2Pac.

Yer everyone will like different styles.  Its defo Cube for me, his flow is superb and every song of his just appeals to me. hes been around forever and hes 1 of the old G's.  Defo Cube.
