cuz even Birdman finally said it would come out soon and mentioned the month of October. He calls the shots. Never heard him confirm a release date before for Malone til now.

That is all opinion and irrelevant imo; I can find you thousands of G. Malone fans. When signed to a major label and you've put the time and effort into a project, it is the labels responsibility for doing what they signed on and promised to do -- put the album out.
