We were talking about weight lifters in general. power lifters are weight lifters. did you even read myth number 6? Most kids don't use proper form when they lift, start off too heavy and may damage their growth plates this way. thats the only way. otherwise there isnt much evidence to support weightlifting stunts your growth. hell i started lifting at 13/14 and i ended up at 6'1

Either way who cares. I'm no expert on growth stunting. Someone else said it fucks you up. I just took his word for it and said even if, a power lifter should be shorter anyway. How many tall man do you see in the olympics lifting 300 lbs over their head?
