Menudo is the best thing ever.... try it with some chopped cilantro and onion, crushed red pepper, oregano and lots of Tapatio and Lemon... it is the greatest thing .... and it is the best cure for a hangover... high above anything else you can try...

Never tried it with orange chicken, but lemon lime gatorade has saved me from a few hangovers.

I had menudo a few times and never really cared fo rit. I heard its all on how you prepare it too, so maybe I are it from someone who didn't know what they were doin. I dunno.
