if Ryan Leaf had guys who break for 36 yards every couple of drives, he wouldn't have been a bust lol.

good handoff Vince, that play couldn't of happened without you.
CJ has been contained today and Young is playing sick and keeping us in. 1st half, Johnson has 2 good runs and it's tied 14-14 on the road.

This is Young's first season with CJ. Young is 17-11 as a starter without CJ.

yeah, but it's the runs that set up the entire drive.

he doesn't have to work for 30 yards because CJ did it for him; it's what he's been doing all season, making big plays.

would you really say that defense wasn't better than this defense?

when he beats the Colts Week 13, i'll jump on board.

^No matter what I say, u come up with a new excuse. Your a perennial VY hater. U say it's all CJ so I shove his record without CJ in your face, and now it's the defense. It's always gonna be something man. I'll just sit back and enjoy these runs VY is racking up.

oh, Football has just one factor?

it simply cannot be multiple things.

it's a fact the defense was better back then & it's a fact CJ is the only reason this team isn't 0-9.

it won't be anything when he proves himself instead of living off hype from beating Jacksonville & KC a couple of times.

Wins are the most important stat. 21-11 as a starter. And as for your "7 victories in 3 years; when he establishes that he can play an entire season without holding a gun to his head, i'll be impressed." comment - in his one and only full season as a starter, he took the Titans to the playoffs for the first time in 5 years.

& then sat on the bench.

Matt Cassell was impressive last year, but i wouldn't go as far as calling him great.

but i'm glad you mention wins are the most important stat.

Does this mean that Tom Brady is better than Peyton Manning?

he does have 3 rings, winning in the Super Bowl & winning is everything.

Rex Grossman went to the Super Bowl with the Bears, you think he's the first option GM's look for?

there is a difference between being a great QB & getting a team through a game to win it; just ask your good friend Kerry Collins about last season. ;)

Collins has had 2 horrible seasons as a Titans starter, 1 good and 1 non existent. Young has had 3 good seasons and 1 non existent.

What amazing two 3rd down run conversions by Young!

3 good seasons, but he's only played one full one?

3 wins in a season makes it a good year?

& yeah, he can run; i'll give him that, so can my boy McNabb & his hands are pretty light in terms of hardware. ;D

so his first season wasn't a good one? He went 8-5, went to the pro bowl in his rookie year and was the cover boy for Madden next year. That wasn't a good year in your opinion? I guess u gotta do more than be an All-Star to have a good year.

This season has been 3 games but he's gonna finish it off as a good season; 10 games is strong enough to be considered a good year.

Indy remains the lone impressive victory & it is impressive.

No it wasn't impressive. Look at the game. Colts were 13-2 and looking ahead to the playoffs. Manning played at the start and went 14-16 for 95 yards and then hit the bench midway through the second quarter. And Young didn't even finish the game. He got injured in the 3rd quarter while they were losing 10-7 to the Colts practice squad and Collins came in and was the QB for the next 3 FG drives for the 16-10 win. Give me a break. If that counts as a Young victory then I need my head examined. And people wonder why I think W/L shouldn't be kept for QBs.
