What Albums Were U Bumpin A Year Ago? (December)
« on: December 08, 2002, 08:44:50 AM »
I always ask myself this when I am scanning through my CD collection.  I look @ what I was listening to a year ago, because it brings me back to that point and what memeories I had.

I wanna start doing this regularly cause I think it would be cool.

A year ago I remember bumpin "The Return of The Regulator" and tracks like "Here Comes Another Hit," "Something To Bounce To," "Young Locs Sow Down," "Yo Sassy Ways" and "Ghetto Villiage."  Man, those tracks remind me of Christmas, along with "Music & Me."

Nate's album had some good songs, like "Back Door" and "Music & Me."

I remember having Stillmatic on my mind being about a week away.  Can't really remember if anything got some serious burn.

Nice idea for a thread man. I was pretty broke a year ago, sitting on the dole 'bout to move to Birmingham for a new job. 'Cause of that I didn't have much to spend on new CDs, but I had to cop Blueprint, and that was practically all I played in the run-up to Christmas. Worth pointing out that a year later, Blueprint 2 definately ain't getting the same kind of rotation in my system. Times change, huh?
