What a joke of an offense.

Ok, who is wishing Peyton Manning pulls a Lebron James for next year?

to be honest it's all on Sanchez for the 2nd half

it still should've been 9-6 Jets and fuck the refs for that roughing the kicker call but Sanchez needs to throw the ball DOWNFIELD for once

I want someone to dig up some posts from from the day the NFL schedule was released and I said The Chiefs would open up the season with an upset over the Chargers. I said getting the old Pats DC and OC would be the difference and it was. They played it too safe offensively after they took the lead but that old Pats D got the job done.

Jets offense is abysmal. Sanchez is all safety blanket and no shots down the field. With a receiving core that good, let your QB take some risks. And I still think it was a mistake to let Jones go.

That defense is unreal though. Couldn't stop Heap and Boldin though.

Look what I said before the game about Cromartie being an overrated signing and he REALLY got exposed today; I expect him to keep being exposed as a lackluster cover corner now that he plays alongside Revis meaning he'll see a lot of balls thrown his way every week.

Kudos to KC!

I thought Cromartie did pretty good. I'm not sure why they didn't have Revis glued to Boldin though. Either way it was 10-9 and the only TD came after two bullshit calls. This really could have ended 9-6 for the Jets. But I wouldn't rule out at least a last minute FG from the Ravens.

edit- Of course if the Jets had Peyton Manning starting from training camp and let him run the offense then it would have been 31-6.

i dont blame it on sanchez, it seemed like they were playing him really carefully not to make any mistakes, and keeping him on a short leash.
some of those calls might be seen as bullshit, but overall, jets played really stupid and sloppy.

Yeah, but with Manning all the conservative play gets thrown out. They worry Sanchez might lose them the game. With Peyton they'd want to go for the throat. Sanchez may very well end up a real solid pro.

I just want to point out that 1-1 might be possible, but that's it.
