is Yukmouth a westcoast "legend"?

In terms of just straight rapping, Yuk is great. Always has a good flow, punchlines, compounds, etc, my only issue is that as a rapper he's pretty one dimensional, he needs to switch up his content more. Still one of my favorites.

He's not a punchline rapper, but he's a bit like one in that his main thing is witty, clever little lines, but they're not punchlines. And occasionally he'll have like a little story or concept, but mostly it's a collection of witticisms

There are plenty of underrated rappers; plenty of rappers who should be considered legends by some, but no one who's heard of them.
