How do you survive in west coast rap?

ok here we go again.. this goes along the lines of cube's "how to survive in south central" if u remember that or anything else where the industry is talked about... follow the format i lay down which is to fill in the blank


"industry rule #...- to survive in west coast rap ............................................"

i'll start off with a this one...

- dont sign to a east coast label

coz they always look after their own first. history shows that.

-No matter how long you been in the game droppin' hot shit without gettin' any shine, don't give up. Just keep doin' the damn thing and you'll get there...

(WC still chasin' the paper, and now he's finally on a major label. He used to be only known in Cali, now he's known on the other side of the Atlantic, up north. (Yes, you got it, I'm talkin' 'bout ME!))
(OK so Quik quit doin' solo joints, but he ain't failed - again, he's known worldwide.)

(But OH NO! WC's on Def Jam, an EAST COAST LABEL! WHY OH WHY?!?!?!?!?)  ;D
