I guess he had a release called "Sick In The Head" but I'm yet to find a link to it

hes old (50 yrs or somethin i think)

"Sick In the head" is a flawless album, production-wise (at least for that time), with Poohs best production imo
he was DJ Pooh's artist back in the day, n he was really cool wit Snoop.
last thing he did, was probly the L.A. Zu-group in 02 or 03 (which also introduced freq-collaborator Terrace Martin)

he's part of L.A. Zu.
if you're lucky you might find some songs on the net....they even got an album out.

hahaha no problem....that's where I first found out about Threat from back in 1999 or so when I got the Strictly CD

i have "sick in the head" on cd.  u can find it easily on google. jus look around.
the old OOP-album by LA Zu (prod by Battlecat n Terrace) is uploaded somewhere in the Terrace Martin-thread
