Dogg Food is probably the best produced album of all time.

It's so clean and atmospheric. Daz+Dre=eargasms galore. Pinnacle in West Coast beat making and hip-hop production period.

Though there was that one song that was basically a radio ad for Miller Genuine Draft but I don't think that's what you meant by "commercial-free".

So Dre puts out a few wack songs after 20+ years of being in the game & we all just forget "2001"?

Rhythm-a-lism is up there, as is Aquemini, 2001, Moment of Truth, The Blueprint, The Documentary, Midnight Marauders, and some more I'm forgetting.

Don't think so no.

But the way Do What I Feel / If We All Fuc / Some Bomb Azz Pussy are all chopped together is one of the dopest things on any rap album I've heard..

lol Do What I feel and If We All Fuc are the weakest tracks on the album from a production standpoint though. Some Bomb Azz Pussy's production is excellent though.

It's one of the best Death Row albums production-wise for me. there are a few fillers where the production is average (ridin, slippin & slidin, do what i feel, if we all fucc, one by one, so much style) but there are also incredibly produced tracks like Respect, NY NY, Smooth, Let's Play House, I Don't Like To Dream About Getting Paid, Reality.

my knowlegde of hip-hop doesn't allow me to say it's one of the best produced album of all time but the production is one of the main assets of this album (along with kurupt's outstanding form)
