Now before you see this & just automatically say "fuck this nigga, that song with Busta was fucking terrible" (which it was), I can't even really front on this shit man lol.

It starts off pretty slow, but he starts picking it up.

"My girl says I'm perfect she just loves an imperfect person perfectly personally I think she is perfectly perfect" :-X

I guess to someone who doesn't actually listen to the lyrics it would sound dope though.

Son, listen to "Look At Me Now". A song people look at & say Busta killed. "Then I'm gunna murder everything & anything, a badaboom a badabing. I gotta do a lot of things to make it clearer to a couple niggas that I'm always winning and I gotta get it again, and again, and then again". Nigga rapped the word "again" three times.

It's 2011, mainstream rap is all about flow.

Says the guy that listens to Budden.

He copied Kanye's flow in that song so still doesn't excuse it.

Budden is not mainstream. Mainstream Hip Hop in 2011 consists of like 10 people & four of those people change based on who just dropped a single & who disappeared.

Budden is signed to a major label as part of a group and was on the BET Awards. If he's not mainstream yet, he's about to be.

Bottom line, you think this is good when its clearly not. Why are you bringing up what some mainstream fan might think? This is you posting, not some 12 year old kid who's only heard radio hits.

Compared to other mainstream artists, yes & considering it's teen pop sensation Justin Bieber, yes, I am impressed. Eminem is regarded as the best rapper alive by millions of people. Despite the fact his recent work & album is lyrical garbage, what grabs everyone's attention? His flow. Same as the Busta example of him "killing songs". This is no different. You just took the one phrase that is wack when breaking it down, however is done by artists of all levels of mainstream or underground at one time or another.
