At This Point In Their Careers? Daz Vs. Kurupt
« on: March 06, 2012, 02:59:36 PM »
at this point in their careers who would you take? both used to be dope in the 90's and then had probably the biggest fall offs in hip hop history!

daz took longer to fall off IMO!

Right.  I think you need to add "They both don't have a career".

Daz still got his flow and spit raw.

Kurupt lost that viscousness he had, imo. I got with Daz.

Kurupt's 2 turntables and a microphone joint with Crazy Tunes has convinced me he can still be 80% as dope as he used to be when he tries hard

fuck the rabid trolls, Daz is THAT dude. Album by Album hes maintained a consistent and viable solo career. His only real horrible albums were Gangsta Party and Gangsta Crunk and even those had their moments
Kurupt, I know peeps on here seem to rate Kuruption but the truth was at the time Hip hop fans were expecting damn near an Illmatic out of the dude and were bitterly disappointed in the disjointed mess that double was. Apart from Streetz is a Mutha hes never really lived up to the promise he displayed on The Chronic

iīd rather listen to daz at this point though both of them suck at making albums . all filler .   public enemiez was a bit better than dazīs previous attempts but with that release pace heīs not dropping anything solid anytime soon .  he can make beats though but that screaming voice is annoying.

i didnīt like DPGC U Know What Iīm Throwin Up  then and i donīt like it now - or almost anything either one of them have released after that, except for a few songs here and there.

Kurupt keeps falling off more which is sad .
