true, but it has to be effectively done. Rack City was somehow dope because of the beat and the catchy hook. the beat here is not effective at all, and Kurupt's rhymes don't hit home either, he has a couple good lines but clearly he doesn't know how to make that type of verse.

nice ignorant song, kurupt's verse reminds me on his verse from "Xxplosive" only that this here is a lot weaker. Could have done better, he proves that he is not really able to put more "style" and wit in verses for this kinda song. I say he's simply too old now.
