Like others have said, a lot of Above the Rim was R&B, plus the rap beats were mostly G-Funk style, so if you like that, then you're going to prefer Above the Rim. Gang Related was a lot of gangsta rap for the most part, which again some people love here.
Big Pimpin & Regulate >>>>>>> any tracks on Gang Related IMO

I think the hardcore Pac fans will lean toward Gang Related (since the songs people usually point out on that are his, though other stuff like Way Too Major, Greed, These Days and Loc'd Out Hood were dope songs too), and some people who liked Death Row more as a whole with some preference for the original artists (Dre, Snoop, Rage, etc.) who don't really think Pac was as significant as some people make him out to be will like the older shit.

Classic without a doubt, pure heat
songs i would skip :Regulate Pour Out A Little Liquor I love these songs to death but they're larger than life and it's odd but i don't think they fit in the tracklist, i usually listen to them when i feel like it, or on the Warren G & Thug Life albums

None of the other three would be in my top ten Pac songs, whether you ask me which ones are my favorites, which ones I think are Pac's best or most important/greatest/whatever. Life's So Hard is cool, but again, it's a re-visited song originally from years earlier in Pac's career. Made Niggaz is hard (especially Pac's first verse), but it pales in comparison to his other diss tracks. Lost Souls is probably the next best song of the four after Staring, but it's nothing special, lyrically or musically.
