I feel like J. Cole is a huge 2Pac fan as he mentions him quite frequently.
Jeezy reps Pac the hardest no question about it
YG has named Pac in his top five. And mentioned him a few times, particularly in Who Do You Love

Like this nigga don't care about no other rappers who came before him. Most rappers pay homage to a variety of their predecessors, but Jeezy really focuses on Pac to the exclusion of all others. You can tell it's a reflection of his real life. In his songs, he talks about playing Pac while having sex, cooking coke, reflecting on life, etc. You know how some people (especially on this forum) are: they mainly listen to one or two rappers and don't connect with anybody else.
Did you ever feel that strongly about an artist?Of course. Tupac. Master P at his prime. The Big Tymers in their prime. E-40, definitely. B-Legit, Juvenile, B.G. ― these are all the people I came up on and that had input in my life so that I'm able to say the things that I say. Because I really went through that struggle, and I was like, "Man, if I could just get Juvenile to come and see how I kick it…. I got Rolexes too."

Jeezy has spoken on interviews about how he loved E-40 and B-Legit. He even named B-Legit in his top 5 lol. He's a big Cube and Warren G fan too. SO he does care about a lot of rappers, especially from the West.I'd say Freddie Gibbs, although not very mainstream, is up there as well. Curren$y & Crooked I, too. A lot of rappers still ride for 2pac.QuoteDid you ever feel that strongly about an artist?Of course. Tupac. Master P at his prime. The Big Tymers in their prime. E-40, definitely.
