Instrumental version is now on Spotify

Apple has it too as a regular album + instrumentals. I wonder if they correct balance sound a little bit. But I think it's just Dre mixing since I have same issues on COMPTON. Sound is perfect but balance on lef-right side on speakers is not so well.

Just listened to the instrumentals. With a proper bass boost it sounds fantastic  8) 8) - Outta Da Blue (still don't like that beat and song at all)

Outta Da Blue is horrible. i basically deleted Outta Da Blue, Gorgeous (most painful treble) & Gangsta Pose then you got a 13 track album i can happily listen to front to back 8)

Agreed! On a system with good Bass/subwoofer everything sounds well in a bigger room situation. I guess Dre doesn't check his mixes in car systems like back in em days. I also come to the conclusion that "Compton" was basically the blueprint for The "Contract EP" / "Casablanco" and now "Missionary" is like the grand finale. I really appreciate their decision to release the Instrumentals! Didn't expect that at all!

Did the exact same thing! Also, the album sounds great in my car, no complaints about being too bright at all

Does anybody know if the album is mixed for "Dolby Atmos"? Because when turning that function on my Samsung Galaxy + Galaxy Buds, it sounds better! Still little too much brightness, but with the option bass boost I'm finally happy ;D I guess Dre and his team mixed it especially for today's market. That's EarPods, GalaxyBuds, etc. + Big Stages and Studios.

Single 3 -

Quote
Snoop Dogg keeps ‘em coming. A week after releasing “Outta da Blue” and a month after dropping “Gorgeous,” the Doggfather is back again with “Another Part of Me,” a Sting-featuring duet that arrives as the latest single from his upcoming album, Missionary.

Produced by Dr. Dre and The ICU, “Another Part of Me” kicks off with a mock-live feel, with a crowd cheering as a grooving reimagination of “Message in a Bottle” plays, anchored by the song’s iconic guitar riff. Snoop then enters with auto-tuned vocals, singing a melody inspired by The Police’s original, before settling into his signature rap flow.

The Voice: Snoop Dogg & Sting's "Another Part of Me" Lyrics, Explained

Even at the top of their game, Snoop and Sting prove there’s still unfinished business.

Who performs “Another Part of Me?”

Snoop Dogg and Sting both perform (and sing!) on “Another Part of Me,” with an additional credit going to Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg’s longtime partner in hip-hop rhyme.

And nope, this song isn't a Michael Jackson cover. Though there’s no obvious content connection between the two songs, music fans might also recognize “Another Part of Me” as the title to the leadoff side-two track from Michael Jackson’s 1987 album Bad.

Freshly released as one of the featured singles from Snoop’s upcoming new album Missionary (out December 13), “Another Part of Me” is like a one-stop song spot to find two coaching standouts from Season 26 of The Voice all in one place. Sting teamed with Snoop Dogg as his team’s Mega Mentor, while Snoop himself, of course, is one of two rookie Coaches (along with Michael Bublé) taking their first-ever turn in the contest’s big red Chair.

The lyrics to “Another Part of Me” by Snoop Dogg and Sting explained

Split between two tightly-produced verses delivered first by Snoop Dogg and then by Sting, “Another Part of Me” is all about keeping the hustle alive even when you’re at the top of your game.

“This for my people, I'm just handlin' procedure,” flows Snoop as he drops clever references to a pair of 1980s Tom Cruise movies (Top Gun and Risky Business), all while shouting out his old-school West Coast proving grounds: “Here in the land of the lost and the scandalous / Bright lights, sunny days, cold nights / Ride the wavе, hold tight, just a day in Los Angeles.”

Sting picks up the thread in verse two, stoking the flames of motivation to stay on top of your work ethic no matter how high you’ve already risen. “Yeah, there's no better time than today / In a moment jump up on it, see the ocean, stay in motion / You're not broken, no, I'm chosen, I just gotta have faith / Time is present, I stay active, momma's laughin' when we's rappin’” — and that last line might very well be a knowing wink from Sting at his own unexpected flirtation, this far into his iconic career, with the hip-hop genre.

Dr. Dre’s lyrical contribution bookends the track, serving up intro and outro words (like “return of the titans”) that celebrate the all-star crossover collaboration. Altogether, “Another Part of Me” serves up a fun and fresh collision between three masters of musical styles —all while showing that each of them still has plenty of creative fuel left in the tank.

That instrumental release really goes to show what a top tier beat Thank You is.

Can also hear the horns Dre wanted to put in briefly.

Of course it has something to do with whether you listen to a CD, a stripped-down MP3, AAC, WAV, FLAC or or, on which sound system, which speaker system, etc. I still remember Evidence once said that he always listen to his tracks in the car and I do Always use other albums as a reference when it comes to sound, especially with digital releases.Evidence - Cats & Dogs, The album simply has a juicy sound, Album Mixed By - Eddie Sancho, except for You, was mixed by Premier himself, but the album sounds pretty fat to me, something that Dr. Dre and Dj Premier has been lost over the years. Premier stopped working with Sancho at some point, no idea why, probably personal problems, but we can only speculate
Dre simply had a special sound for years, you actually heard straight away whether it was a Dre beat or not, unfortunately that is no longer the case
2001 I only find Engineer [Mix & Album] – Richard “Segal” Huredia so he also mixed the album
Just think they really mix it in Dolby Atmos etc or whatever sound system, I bet if you go to Dr. Dre sitting in the studio sounds completely different, but who has a studio like dre?
Also the new Eminem album, of course they have concepts etc, but you actually expect something more like Die Hard by Eminem
Genocide is also a good example of why Dre doesn't rap normally, he has parts on the album that are normal, but something different just doesn't fit, musically it may be a further development, but as the saying goes: cobbler stick to your guns
snoop on tracks like Here We Go, Get Low, G.R.I.T.S. by Stat Quo

and at the end of the day it's just a shame that Nate Dogg isn't on the album or at least Butch Cassidy, if it's pop, reggae, rock then please include October London, C.S. Armstrong (I didn't understand the production at all, nothing against CS, but it doesn't fit on the album at all, just like 50 raps, which is my case) Minnie Merda aka Jenn Em, Charlie Bereal

and also really weak not to include a booklet with all the digital releases

Outta Da Blue split opinions but right now for me, it’s one of my favourite from the album.

It takes while for everything going on to settle but it’s pretty good and fits with the album, Dre & Snoop back & Forth are pretty good on it too.

The release of the Instrumentals this early is good movie, on Hard Knocks instrumental now 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 dirrrrttyy.

I've downloaded the new version including instrumentals, bumped them in my (Beats  :D ) headphones and I was completely blown away by how incredible they sound. I don't really get how people are complaining that much about the beats, frankly speaking.

I agree.  The production is awesome and what I was hoping for.  Like others have said, sounds like luxurious rap music and Snoop gives some of the best vocal performances of his career consistently throughout this album.
