yeah, ur right sorry dawg, ya know I'm livin' in Germany...and I didn't think about the different systems and all that...

i think if he gets convicted the sentence would be anywhere between 4 years to life in prison which is highly unlikely

instead being in prison he's gonna become MVP 2004...and champion wit the Lakers...yeah..

the judge decides the sentence, and it will be either the prison term or the 20 years to life probation.  but i dont think he'll go to prison even if convicted.  i think they will make him register as a sex-offender and get the probation

If Kobe gets convicted, he's going to get prison time becuase the state of Coloardo is a lot harder on people convicted of rape, than any other state.
