"One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. "Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" was his response. "I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

Actually the best song from them three are probably "from the chuuuuch, to the palace" if you ask me and alot of my friends. I liked the beat, and snoop did a good job.

"Beautiful" was an ok summer party song.

"It blows my mind" is pretty good too, but it aint a song that i play alot....
"I have loved you," says the LORD. "Yet you say, 'In what way have you loved us?' "Was not Esau Jacob's brother?" Says the LORD. "Yet Jacob I have loved" - Malachi 1:2

the only one that was half-decent was It Blows My Mind which was still average

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

3 for 3 IMO

"It blows my Mind" is def. dope shit.

"Beautfiful" was dope, even tho it was a different side of Snoop, it was hella tight.

"Chuuch to..."  wasnt as dope as the others, but was a fresh sounding track, with dope flows from Snoop.

I aint hating on the Neptunes, even if you dont like them, you gotta admit, they bring a dope flow outta Snoop Dogg.

snoop sounds better over these producers beats:

dre
warren g
daz
goldie loc
battle cat
fred wreck
meech wells
quazadelic

I can name plenty more.

My point is:

do I see any reason with that lineup why he would ever even need to speak to the neptunes again?  HELL NO!  and if YOU do, thank yourself for helping ruin rap music and turning it into pop music.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I think some people should be more open minded to the world of hip hop......Justmy opinion, but im a REAL hopehop head, and I listen to EVERYTHING music wise, and my opinion is that the neptunes are dope and have certified themselves as dope producers in the rap game.......I mean, lets be real about some shit here, Daz Dillinger, Warren G and Meech Wells dont make beats even coming close the Neptunes.....Sure they have, but its 2003 and everyone has there day......Right now, the neptunes are hot, period......Maybe next year they wont be and someone else will be on the comeup, but right now, Im happt with Snoop over a Neptunes track.......Dont hate yall, just my opinion...

battlecat is a dope producer but for real laid back shit, nice funky shit but he aint comin with joints that'l get snoop firin on all cylinders......

fredwreck we hear snoop with anyways and fred we all know thats a sick ass combo and we haer nuff of it...

id like to hear more meech wells and snoop no doubt.....

bump...the neptunes arent that good to begin with and they dont mesh well with snoop at all and the end result is a disaster...hence a lot of the garbage snoop has been doing lately...i cant understand why some cant figure this out....hell even tech knows this

Don't forget:

Lil Kim ft. Lil' Cease & Snoop Dogg - How Many Licks (Remix)
Produced by The Neptunes

That would make it:

0 bangers
2 ok tracks (It blows my mind + How many licks)
1 average track (Beautiful, might be dope if I was a pop-fan)
1 certified garbage track (Chuuch to da palace)

Well, to me it is actually 3 outta 3.

Chuuch to palace- SNoop RIPS it up, but the chorus sucks and the beat is a beat repetitive.  However, Neptunes brought out the good SNoop, as he was aggressive on this cut.

Beautiful- SNoops biggest it in years; i mean, i never heard Bitch please everywhere i go.........the beat is actually very good, a nice summer song right here.  Snoop does not sound that great on here though, as it is the beat and chorus that makes it popular.

It Blows my mind-  Snoop sounds awesome, beat is dope, i like this song although it is NOT spectacular.....Pharrell killed Beautiful but does not belong on this joint.

I dont even like the Neptunes but they have actually done pretty good work with Snoop so far.  I find that top notch producers rarely give Snoop their best beats (Quik on Doggfather, Timbaland on the Last Meal, Dre on Last meal, etc), so i am happy with the neptunes-snoop collabos so far.

from the chuucch to the palace terrible-im still mad he made that the first single just like "snoop dog" on the last meal.  Beutiful was cool.  It defenitly saved him from that wack as single.  Sometimes I wonder about snoops ear for good music.   Even though i aint a p diddy fan, I think snoop is better off cause diddy wont be about that bullshit.  Itll be a definite hit record although ill only coast it if it stays west coast
