Been a fan since I heard his spitt on "4,3,2,1" ever since then I've been hooked. I've purchased evey cd with his name and bought cd's with his quest spot's on em' cause of him. Basically I've been down with X since his rise & before.
but this new release has giving me weird feeling's and mixxed opinion's & Q's on it.
Do I like it...Do I hate it?
some Question's such as:
Did I just buy it cause I have all his other material?

Was it just me or, Did DmX get outshined BIG by his guest's?

Was his new opus kinda remenicent to a Ja Lp as opposed to what is expected of an X album?

A grip of subliminal's on this....lol, who was X dissin?

Overall tho, it had some decent track's...like 1 or 2  that actually stick out as opposed to his usual 8 or 9.

DMX best yet, imo.

It's just packed with bangers.. but the constant homo-cliches gets a little played out.
At least all that spiritual/religious BS is gone more or less..

24 tracks, and when 15 is dope, you can't complain...

Not quite actually, but it is X's 2nd best album, IMO. It's easily better than The Great Depression and ...And There Then Was X. There were only two wack songs I could find, "Rob All Night (If I'm Gonna Rob)" & "On Top" (f/ Big Stan). Disregarding those, it's a very solid album. Gets 4.25-4.5 mics from me.

word its no way his best, at times soundin like a ja's twin brother but overall a good solid album............not his best album fo sho, dmx fans know that if u been listenin him from the start but theres alot of solid shit on this............could be his 2nd best lp but only time will tell that as all solid albums sound better at first listenin than they actually are...........but a dope album from 1st listen....dissapointed in some aspects though....i dunno, imma have to bump it abit mo yet

I voted dominos since It's Dark.  

It's Dark was his finest album period.  He can't make a album better than that.  Although, Flesh of my Flesh is a classic in my eyes as well.  

After that it's been mediocre.  Nothing bad, just nothing that stands out to me.
