Don't even start with this he is getting better crap. He is getting worse and YALL are just accepting it. His best era as a rapper was 1999-2001 ... those two years saw classic records like Eastsidaz, 2001, and Last Meal.

His new appearances are wack, he raps about the same shit in every song... his cadillac, his pimp image and so on... I haven't even cared about his new shit anymore...its sad, cause he was one of my all-time favs.

thats EXCTLY how i feel... i use to think he was tha ultimate best rapper ever... now he is just any other rapper like ja rule, nelly, luda, chingy, and others... so i moved on to BTNH and i still bump Mobb Deep but they have gotten worse over the years aswell...

I wouldn't call him wack, but his new stuff isn't all that, It's not interesting anymore, you're right, he just raps about the same stuff on each song, nothing creative.  I do like the hook to the holidae inn song, though, just because it's funny.  

However, one of the things that always struck me about you BPG, even though you had the biggest Snoop site on the net, and for a while were the biggest Snoop fan around, you don't know what the fuck you're talking about (I say that respectfully).  His best era as a rapper was 99-01?  Thats' the problem I always had with your opinion on matters Snoop; you actually think his shit from 99 is better than Doggystyle.  You're out of your mind.  Just because that was the first you got into Snoop, I understand you're a little jaded, but I was around when Snoop first dropped, and that shit was HOT, the stuff in 99 was nice, but it paled compared to the phenom that was Snoop in 93 or so.

i don't think snoops best era was 99 on but you are totally right that hes dropped off since then............i mean people used to say back then even he was hollywood ect but he was still straight westcoast representing like you said the first eastsidaz, 2001, last meal were tight and you can also through in top dogg he was great on that (imo it would have been classic if it had dpg artists on it)......now even though i think he comes tight at times i really think that he has that hollywood fell now

to me the only hope is that 213 blows up westcoast style......and daz ect influence him to rep the west more, also dre blowin up again might help, it's not a lost cause but it's pretty bad right now

Hopefully the 213-project and Eastsidaz can get him back on track, but the 213-teasers doesn't sound promising, and neither does his co-op with P.Diddy & constant work with Neptunes.
