Snoop Is Getting Wack!

I haven't really felt anything Snoop's done since "The Last Meal".

Last Meal is well overrated IMO. That albums a PRIME example of Snoop not being creative. I really can't see how some people can regard it as a classic a classic is in the same league as Doggystyle, The Chronic, Illmatic, Straight Outta Compton, 36 Chambers, Ready To Die, Reasonable Doubt etc.... No fuckin way is The Last Meal in that catergory! Its funny how the critics slated Last Meal yet a huge majority of fans love it, yet the critics praised PTCTBTB and the majority of fans hated it. I bet Snoop and co thought he was gonna blow up again becuse he was riding the success of 2001 and there was all that hype surrounding the Last Meal. He had a great chance to reclaim his spot with that album and he blew it.

i never was a person that said this alot but to me snoops flow actually has gotten better....if he had flowed like he did on ptctbtb on the last meal it would have been alot better.....lately it seems he has been rapping more aggressive..............btw snoop still to me ain't on the same level as ja rule ect i mean snoops done one love song and if you listen to the lyrics he's talken about twistin up his fingers and wearing dark blue, he's now more in the main stream level of like jay z, ludicrus, 50 cent were he ain't totally popped out but he's alot more than he used to be

I can't believe how much hate Snoop gets on this board.  Its pretty sad IMO. Considering the guys prolly done more the for the westcoast (besides Dre) than any other artist.  

Snoops not the same rapper he used to be, but I give him credit where credit is due, 10 years later, still making hits, doing his thing. Props to Snoop, fuck the haters.

its not hate its criticism, i mean u have to be blind and deaf not to see and hear the difference between the old snoop and this new snoop, he is expanding his horizons in rap music but as he does, he sounds more and more different to alot who are use to the old snoop, i for one will always listen to snoop but it aint no coincidence that i listen to his older stuff more than his newer stuff

Actually, Snoops been getting the chance lately to do alot for the left coast. I live on the eastcoast, and to me, Snoops the only one in the spotlight right now from the west. He's keeping it moving with the Chuuch mixtapes, getting the chance to promote artists like Soopafly and E White, working with RBX and 213 again. Hes doing a good job right now IMO, better than the past few years.
