how many of you guys actually picked it up?

my only complaint is that it's a little more linear than i thought but other than that it's a great game......did you guys notice the nice little touches they have? like the westside connection billboards for thier upcoming album....

Can anybody from L.A. tell me how close this game is to L.A., as far as landmarks, streets, major intersections, etc???

I heard that they go thru 400 square miles of L.A., but I was thinkin that it prolly wouldn't be as detailed as I hope, as far as street names and all.

Oh and it's out now right?

they look like spinning golden bones, the first and easiest one i found was at the airport, if you know where the airport is. drive on the street with the airport to your right, and once you see the big AIRPORT sign look across the street into the vacant parking lot and you'll see it spinning. once you get that, all the other bones appear on your map....there's 30 in all i think

the reviews said it looks just like LA,they said that anyone from LA should have no problem cruising up and down the streets and that if u know certain shortcuts like a back alley or sumthin then u can use it in tha game to get places quicker

man i had the game 3 days....played it about 3 hours today, 5 the first and about 2 yesterday and i've unlocked all the endings, all the moves and snoop  :-\ the snoop mode is pretty weak, you just drive around doing the street crimes section and you're timed for an hour.....he does say some funny shit and his car has hydrolics...if i wasn't a fan of west coast music, i would definately say this is a rental type game...

Alright........I just bought the game.

As far as the streets, it is pretty close to what L.A. is. As far as the neighborhoods, how things look, landmarks, etc. not everything really looks like L.A.

I am mad that they don't have much of south central in it. For those who know L.A., they cut off crenshaw at fuckin exposition, and everything in the game is north of that basically. So if you are tryin to go down crenshaw, u can't go past exposition. Crenshaw looks nothin like the real crenshaw.

I haven't been thru the whole city, I have mainly been Downtown. It looks like it, but at the same time, you kno that it looks muuuuuuuch nicer than it really is. Central Ave. looks nice on here, and u kno that is not true at all, goin by adams, thru the 30s and 20s.

But drivin down Jefferson, I was trippin on how Jefferson park does look pretty much like it does in real life.

I am goin to Santa monica now and I'm gonna see what that and hollywood looks like.

Damn....y couldn't this game have all of south central, instead of west l.a., downtown, hollywood, culver city, etc.???

But yeah, the streets and freeways are 95% accurate as far as the locations and everything, it just doesn't look much like L.A. does in those areas.

now that i've collected the bones it's hard to remember where they're at except for the one at the airport....

the only other one i can remember that was pretty easy is look on your map, in the manual, find brentwood and that big street under it that curves into the S of santa monicajust drive down that street slowly and there was one on that road

they're almost always in empty parking lots or medians and shit like that. if you start running behind buildings and stores, you're off track
