it seems that snoop dogg is now an idiot, everybody move critics at him, even ex dpg members like tray dee and kokane. I think that now snoop change his style but he is still one of the best rappers not only on the westcoast....he is famous now even here in Italy. The problem is that on the west coast there is no king of rap right now ....

Well I gotta say that IMO Snoop ain't all bad - no matter how crappy Paid The Cost To Be Tha Boss is. I mean he's got a whole bunch of dope guest appearances both before and after PTCTBTB. And he still does 'em. And that track on the new Limp Bizkit album, Red Light Green Light - listen to that and tell me Snoop can't freestyle a whole verse anymore.

I ain't trying to ride dick though - there's plenty of fucked up things he's done (or hasn't done, depending on how you look at it) like not paying Tha Eastsidaz, constantly doing the pimp thing (a dose of Bigg Jeffrey every now and then is cool, but don't do it all the time!), doing the fo shizzle my nizzle it's off tha hizzle u dizzle? -thing too much, constantly wearing those sunglasses (or "nite locs") and all that... And though Snoop can still rap, we all know he ain't even near to the level where he was when he was younger. Plus his solo songs concepts suck nowadays... Too many rappers in love once again. Or he's saying plain nothin'. So he's got much more going against him than for him.

Before Snoop became a Pimp, he was coo. But, he wanted to be a Pimp, he wanted to bring back the Funakdelic sound, that ain't gonna happen. That's all he had Koke there for. He wanted the authentic Funk sound. That shit's dead though. He fucked up the last Eastsidaz LP with all the lame shit. He ruined his career with it. Now, Daz and Soopafly lost all talent. Warren G's career is done. Nate Dogg is only one still pumping out any quality. Bad Azz needs to bounce from that weak crew. DPG is officially garbation.

Without those two, he might well continue to be a star, but he will almost certainly never be as dope as he was in 1992-1994.
