Eminem is working on his upcoming fourth album. In the fourth quarter of 2003, Eminem's fourth solo album was about half-way finished. But late last year, the majority of his songs from the album including "Bully," "Come On," "Monkey See, Monkey Do," "Love You More" and "We As Americans" were leaked and made its way onto the Internet.

Em's new album will feature guest appearances from D-12 and G-Unit and production by Eminem and Dr. Dre. It's expected to be released in the third quarter of 2004.

"I really like Slim Shady," Dr. Dre, who is executive producing the album, commented. "I like him talking shit and pissing people off. That's where he's gonna go next, talking shit and raising eyebrows."

the dre quote is from xxl. i duno about anyone else, but i didnt really like any of those tracks that leaked and didnt think they were album caliber @ all, i hope he puts in a LOT more effort

This sounds like bullshit.  Those songs sound like they were from mid-2002 and they wouldn't be songs that would make the album.

That Dre quote sounds false too, I gotta see that in XXL for myself.

Herb Quote Of The Year[/u]

CalebOhio: I think i can speak for many others when i say my favorite rap artists are white but i still want black artists to be dope. they are chosing not to be. that wouldn't be a likely believe held in a white supremacist group. I want Nas to deliver evertime but he doesn't every time Sage does. so Sage gets my $15 regardless or his status. fuck your status perception and labels you use.

Are you guys serious? Those tracks were great! Out of the six that leaked recently the only one's I didn't particularly like were 'Monkey See, Monkey Do' (aside from 'Sing For The Moment' I don't like Em in rock mode, and this didn't seem like album material to me) and 'Can-I-Bitch' (sounded suspiciously like a very old track). 'Come On' is one of my favourite D12 tracks and every member shines on it, I think Em's sing-song rap style is great on 'Bully' which happens to be one of my preferred disses by Slim; and 'We As Americans' is lyrically some of Em's best material ever in my eyes. Don't believe me? Take a look at some of these quotes:

'I got drama hanging over my head like a voodoo hex. I could've been next to fly over the cuccoo's nest'

'Now I've finessed it, and I've got the industry pissy after me and Dre split it 50-50 on 50'

'Fuck money. I don't rap for dead presidents - I'd rather see the president dead. It's never been said but I stand presidence'

'I set standards, and they can't stand it'

'Shhh. I've got a secret if you can keep it between us. I tuck two nina's under my jean's, each side of my penis'

Damn, I could go on. As for the beat, I'm guessing its by Em and if that is so its one of his best productions yet. The chords in the background are a really nice touch. Personally, I don't think that in terms of lyrical ability there is anybody seeing Em on the mic right now. This next album should be the one to secure his place as a legend in the game...

LMAO! So those were new songs? Haha. Horrible. And he intended on putting those on record? Jesus, Em is getting worse.

Well, I guess we can never really know if they were meant for an LP or not. But I'm pretty sure Em won't put any songs on there that are all about dissing The Source or Benzino, he's past that shit already. A few lines maybe, but not whole songs. I could bet money on that.

I never actually heard any of these songs, damn! Could somebody hook me up with a couple? Like We as Americans and Bully or some shit?

If I knew HOW to hook tracks up I would... ???

Dunno why people referring to these tracks as 'horrible'. What exactly was so horrible about them? It certainly wasn't his lyrics if you ask me: as usual they were all on point - although Em should lay off the thug image. Some of the lyrics of 'Bully' (although I feel the track on the whole) are a little too gangsta for Slim. Like I said before, the only tracks I weren't feeling were Monkey See, Monkey Do & Can-I-Bitch simply for the fact that it was obvious that it was a pretty old track.

"Bully" was probably THE worst diss record I've ever heard. "Monkey See, Monkey Do" wasn't far behind. "Can-I-Bitch" was funny, but still pretty wack.

Naaa, I thought 'Bully' was great. How can you consider that one of the weakest disses of all time  ??? I could name a lot worse...

''Now I'm not trying to make no more enemies no more, unfortunately, there's  so many other motherfuckers that just are. They just keep pounding at me now that I'm down with 50, suddenly now I got beef with this faggot Ja. But his ass is such a puppet, Irv can shove his whole hand up it and just make him say what he wants him to say. But Suge's got Irv on a string, and Irv's so nervous that he will do anything to keep this man at bay'' - Eminem (and what I would say are some pretty good lyrics ;) )

Can-I-Bitch and Monkey See, Monkey Do I agree with you on. What did you think of 'We As Americans' and 'Love You More'?
