Farenheight 911

I just got back from that movie.  I think it was good and very interesting.  I also just saw half of bowling for columbine today for the first time.  I gotta say before I used to think that Micheal Moore was probably biased, and believing everything he says is just like believeing everything I see on the news, or believing everything bush says.  but I really think that the movie was not biased at all.  The movie really shows how sad the world is right now, and how horrible humans can be to one another.  The theater was jam packed, probably the most packed I have EVER seen a movie theater.  I'm really glad.  I'm sure this movie is goiing to have a HUGE impact on voters.  I really believe that Bush will not get reelected, and that is a great thing.

I agree.
Picking up the ball from inside his own half, the pint-sized Argentine skipped past challenge after challenge. Always appearing to be on the point of tumbling, he was miraculously able to retain his balance before rounding Peter Shilton and slotting the ball home for a goal manufactured in heaven.

your fucking kidding me if you think that movie ISNT biased. The whole fucking movie was a biased opinion of an fat man.
Now dont get me wrong im not saying the facts werent true, but did you actually see the same movie i did?

He interviewed 1 mother who lost a son, and of course she was angry, saying stuff about bush, the war.
He interviewed 1 solider who was stationed in iraq, and of course he happened to hate everything about the war and president bush.

its stuff like that. He'll show you stuff to get you to come to his opinion, but he wont show you facts from the other side of the argument. thats what michael moore does, and hes good at it. Hes good at making his viewers believe what he believes.

I ain't seen Fahrenheit 911 yet, but it was definately like that in Bowling For Columbine. But he isn't trying to hide this fact. I saw him last night on Conan (shown in the US last Friday) and he clearly said how he just wants to present his opinion on things like this. He wasn't saying anything like "the movie shows the truth" or anything like that, just that it's his opinion.

Won't stop me from seeing this though. The movie does what it was supposed to do - evoke conversations and debates about these issues in the audience. Which is a good thing.

(Food for thought: Since his films are all about his opinion, is it correct to call them documentaries or are they propaganda films?)

What do u mean he only interviewed 1 soldier? He had a thing where they were interviewing a whole bunch of soldiers in Iraq...when they were like we saw little kids dead and the soldiers felt bad about that.

A normal person will only see his opinion? So retards will probably just focus on those irrelevant, biased facts, right?  ::)

Michael Moore's movies are interesting, I'll give you that.  However, like it or not, his movies are biased.  You can argue whether they are extremely biased or not, but there's no doubting that they are.  Although his movies do hold some truth, people shouldn't regard it as a documentary, because documentaries have to be based on pure unbiased fact, which Moore obviously does not do.  There's lots of sites such as www.bowlingfortruth.com and www.moorewatch.com that uncover his biased opinions.

Of course the movie is biased, but the facts aren't. This was a very eye-opening and captivating movie. Showing you a side of the Bush administration that most are not familiar with, and for many, a side you want to blow off as nothing.
