Where's the underground???
« on: October 03, 2002, 03:50:28 AM »
I'm very tired of all these Snoop, Dre, Xzibit and even Eminem threats at the board. There are to many at the moment. I don't have a problem with talking about them, but not everytime.

I remember times (when I wasn't a member and have just read the board) when there were many cool underground infos floating around here. At the moments there are only a few people here, who discuss about the underground like Axle, Lil Jay, SGV (the others I don't name, know who they are)...

Let me know, what you think about this "situation".

I know what ur sayin, but thats just how it is, u cant change it  :-/, there will always be more attention to those artists. Plus, it ain't easy for european peeps to buy stuff from underground artists.

Me, Gangsta T, Nima, Axle and some others try to keep the underground alive on here but peeps choose to sleep....they say fuck commercial and mainstream shit and fuck the source but everything they talk about is commercial and mainstream shit and the source...people here only care about: Snoop, Dre, Daz, Kurupt, Nas, Jay-Z, Rakim, Eminem, Outkast, Scarface....thats it...every post has to do with these foos....but fuck it...it wont change....

I try. I try and post up news bout bay cds and shit like that. I couldnt care less about some of the shit here. I only argue about eminem and dre cause thats all i have to argue about here. Ive made a note not to go in any more Dr DRe threads. Theres always someone that pisses me off by acting like he knows hip hop inside out and says dre and em are the greatest. Dont worry. You cant survive off dre/snoop/pac/eminem cds all your life. Sooner or later they'll all turn to the underground. If you stick with rap music you'll always dig deeper.
